The Wine Sensory Evaluation Boot Camp comprises of a number of activities where the cerebral senses are put to the test. 

Using the Academy's brand new Sensory Evaluation Centre enthusiasts will go around the room to identify aromas, grape varieties, wine regions and wine styles before being finally put to the test as a wine judge in a simulated wine show. 

“It’s an ideal present for the wine lover” comments course designer Clive Hartley.  “As well as a fun way to learn about wine and taste a range of wines, participants will go home with a report card on how healthy their wine palate and general knowledge is”
