This course will provide the skills and knowledge required to complete a professional evaluation of wine. It explores Australian wine styles, wine production, the role of a sommelier, as well as food and wine matching. The course is suitable for people within the hospitality industry wishing to learn about the role of an Australian sommelier, and for wine enthusiasts wishing to build their wine knowledge.
