Wine Appreciation Introduction

This program aims to give participants introductory training in wine appreciation, covering all the major grape varieties. Participants learn how to taste and evaluate wines professionally. Basic wine production will be discussed relating to the final product as well as advice on handling, maturing and cellaring wines.
